ALL of this knowledge, ONLY this knowledge. You know what a computer is. Sort of... You know that it's a very powerful little thing, but you don't really know what to do with it or how to do exactly what you hoped to do. Let's face it, sometimes, this thing can be a little bit scary. You could spend large amounts of time and money on learning about the amazing documents, calculations or presentations you could produce. You could learn all the tricks your computer holds to back-up your information or remind you of important meetings. You could become a genius in using the internet. You could explore all the technical intricacies you could use to tailor your computer to do anything (well, maybe not making the coffee and doing the shopping!) But would you? Here are a few examples of questions our customers are asking : "How do I print one page in landscape when my document is in portrait?", "How can I back-up my e-mails?", "How do I create a table of contents which will always be up-to date?", "What about spam?", "I want to send the same letter to all my customers".
