"We have used Arnaud as our IT support from the time he set up in Cork. His service has evolved so now he is effectively our “outsourced IT Manager”. It sounds very grand but it’s a sensible arrangement that allows us to concentrate on what we do best – publishing – and leave the techie bits to Fix-IT. And it also allows us more time to explore where publishing is going – online, in new electronic formats – knowing that we have support always to hand."
