To us at Fix-IT, a client with a support issue is a client with a problem, not a problem client. Ensuring that our client receives the best service is our primary goal. That means that we work first to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.If it's clear that the problem is too big for us to fix immediately, we will try to keep "the show on the road" if we can, while we work on a solution.
